Netronome's purpose built flow processors are ideally suited for software-defined networking, such as OpenFlow switching and routing, and emerging applications for service insertion such as Software-Defined Services (SDS).

Netronome's flow processors scale from 40 to 200 Gbps and uniquely match the most stringent requirements, including over 200 C-programmable cores to keep pace with new and emerging standards. With 96 L2-L3 packet processing cores, 120 flow processing cores, 100 hardware accelerators and over 30 MB of on-chip memory Netronome's flow processors deliver simultaneous support for line-rate forwarding of 120M flows and 40 software-defined match fields. Netronome's flow processing reference designs include production-ready software application kits for many leading Ethernet, IP and MPLS applications.

Netronome's flow processors are ideally suited for software-defined networking applications in cloud data center or carrier networks in configurations up to 400 Gbps per linecard, including switches, routers, load balancers, highly virtualized services and including advanced services blades and network appliances.
