The new "Netronome SmartNIC Support Site" is for customers who have purchased Netronome’s Agilio SmartNICs and software products in 2015 and beyond. The "Netronome Legacy Support Site" ensures support for existing customers who have deployed Netronome Network Flow Processor solutions prior to 2015. Both Support Sites are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
