DPDK.org
DPDK.org is a repository for Data Plane Development Kit (DPDK) software. DPDK is an Open Source BSD licensed project consisting of a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing. Netronome contributes software to DPDK.org to be distributed free of charge with DPDK builds. The most recent patches and enhancements, provided by the community, are available in master branch.
Linux
The Linux Kernel Organization is a California Public Benefit Corporation established in 2002 to distribute the Linux kernel and other Open Source software to the public without charge. Netronome contributes and maintains SmartNIC drivers to the Linux Kernel Organization to be distributed free with Linux.
Open-NFP
The Open-NFP.org web portal, along with the comprehensive platforms, software and tools hosted on it, enable rapid, cutting-edge research in an open and collaborative environment. Relevant software, sample data path libraries and tools are hosted on GitHub, enabling collaborative development across teams. The portal is also designed to be a common repository of open-source networking data path P4/C application code and research papers. Netronome is proud to contribute software and equipment to further the objectives of Open-NFP.org, and sponsored the inaugural P4/C Developers’ Conference in November of 2015.
Open vSwitch
Open vSwitch is a production quality, multilayer virtual switch licensed under the open source Apache 2.0 license. It is designed to enable massive network automation through programmatic extension, while still supporting standard management interfaces and protocols. Netronome actively contributes code to Open vSwitch, which is a repository for virtual switching software.
